The third AIRR Community Meeting has been organized over four days, December 3-6. The first day, Sunday December 3, and the final day, Wednesday December 6, concentrated on organizational issues, reports from the Working Groups, and decisions on protocols and standards. The middle two days, Monday December 4 and Tuesday December 5, emphasized scientific presentations and discussions on the use and importance of AIRR-Seq data.
Following the successful model for the 2016 AIRR Community Meeting, activities were held at the NIH Fishers Lane Facility and the Rockville Hilton in Rockville, MD.
